Tobias and Naomi are the founders and Directors of Reliable Disability Services. With over 20 years of combined nursing experience between them, you are in safe hands.

Tobias holds a Bachelor of Nursing and was previously a Clinical Nurse and Nurse Unit Manager at Graylands Hospital and Fremantle Hospital respectively. 

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Edith Cowan University a graduate certificate of Clinical Nursing from Notre Dame University and Diploma of Health studies from Edith Cowan College. 

In recent years, we have specialised in providing nursing support to people with acute mental health and other disabilities. We have deep cultural awareness of Australia’s first peoples, and are also able to provide culturally safe services for people from Asian, African and other ethnic backgrounds.

Many of our staff are multilingual.

We provide intensive training and support to all our staff, and pride ourselves on being an employer of choice. Happy staff = happy clients! We pride ourselves on being friendly, flexible, reliable, and most importantly trustworthy.
